Return & Refund Policy – BinSha Furniture
1. No Returns on Customized Furniture
At BinSha Furniture, we specialize in custom-made furniture, designed as per customer specifications. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order is placed and processed.
2. Damage During Delivery
If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order via:

Kindly provide clear photos/videos of the damage. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
3. Manufacturing Defects
If you find any manufacturing defect, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide either repair or replacement, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Policy
- Advance Payments Are Non-Refundable – Since all our furniture is custom-made, advance payments cannot be refunded.
- Refunds in Exceptional Cases – Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Cancellation
- Standard Orders – Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations are not allowed.
- Customized Orders – Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted for customized furniture.
