1. Introduction

Welcome to BinSha Furniture! By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Product & Order Policy

  • All furniture is made to order and customized as per customer requirements.
  • Product images on our website are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly due to material and craftsmanship.
  • Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept online payments, bank transfers, and UPI.
  • Advance payments are mandatory to begin production, and they are non-refundable once work has started.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer pan-India delivery. Delivery charges vary based on location and product size.
  • Estimated delivery time will be communicated during order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are not our responsibility.
  • Customers must inspect the product upon delivery. Any damages should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

5. Warranty & Repairs

  • We provide a warranty on manufacturing defects (if applicable) for a specified period. Warranty details vary by product and will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Any damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance is not covered under warranty.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Since we make customized furniture, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases where we fail to deliver the order.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • BinSha Furniture is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused due to product usage.
  • We are not liable for delays caused due to third-party logistics services.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

BinSha Furniture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be updated on our website.
