Shipping Policy – BinSha Furniture
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer pan-India shipping for all our furniture products.
Delivery service availability may vary based on location. If shipping is not possible to your area, we will inform you before processing the order.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the product size, weight, and delivery location.
Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
All our furniture is custom-made, so production and delivery take time.
Estimated delivery time is usually 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and location.
Delays due to weather conditions, transportation strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Order Processing & Tracking
Once an order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated dispatch date.
Customers will receive a tracking number (if available) once the order is shipped.
5. Receiving & Inspection
Upon delivery, customers must inspect the product before signing the delivery receipt.
If there is any visible damage during transit, please report it within 24 hours with photos/videos via WhatsApp (7827328887 / 7011921042) or email (binshafurniture@gmail.com).
If no issue is reported within 24 hours, the product will be considered delivered in good condition.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery fails due to the unavailability of the customer, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
If a customer refuses the delivery for customized furniture, no refund will be provided.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
